Just before Easter my parents came to visit. Unfortunately the first day they were here it did nothing but rain. But the next day was bright and sunny. Once again we went to Taughannock...

We walked to the base as normal, but we also took the longer rim trail around the top. Here's a good view of the falls from above:

After all this hiking early in the morning, my family headed back to MD... only to have their car break down an hour or so from Ithaca. Only by luck did they manage to find a car-rental place open the day before Easter so they could get back to MD in a timely fashion...
