Donuts, Apples, Monkey Run
Since we had some excess Apple Cider, we tried to make some Apple Cider
Donuts. To be healthy, we tried baking them instead of frying them. They
turned out pretty good, though of course they don't taste like the ones you
get at the orchard:
By now it is November, but we went apple picking one last time.
It's a bit late for this; the apples were frosty cold in the morning because
the weather is finally becoming seasonal here:
We went to Monkey Run, which is land owned by Cornell near to where we live.
It has steep cliffs, and pretty leaves in Autumn.
