Rescuing Bob from Kerbol Orbit

The Kerbal people now yearn for a voyage to Jool! Where is Jeb!

Oh that's right, he's busy puttering around Duna in his Duna-buggy (which required some save file editing to get it unclipped from the landscape and for Jeb to be un-ragdolled).

Well, Jeb is busy. What about Bob? He is stuck in Kerbol orbit like Jeb was, might as well rescue him.
